Hot Rod Grills, LLC – Manufactures in China

Issue:

Even with our 20 years of sourcing experience, we were put to the test when Ron and Ryan contacted us to manufacture a gas BBQ Grill in the exact specifications of a 357 Chevy Engine. HRG provided rough sketches and our team brought to life.

Although, Ron and Ryan were very knowledgeable in manufacturing stainless products, especially in CNC casting, molding and stamping process, they decided to prototype in China and work directly with our team and factory.

Solution:

After several inquiries and factory visits, our team selected the most qualified factories that provided, not only the proven ability to complete this project, but the facility and staff to ensure it was done correctly.

By working so closely with the factories, we were able to get the OEM Grill produced and delivered in a timely fashion.

Our partnership with Ron and Ryan has been enjoyable.  It took 2 years and 35 CNC machine casting parts to get the product they way they envisioned.  They are now satisfied with the outcome and continue to place orders.

The Results:

After many conversations, adjustments and factory visits, the sample was approved and the OEM Grills were in production by July 2009.

Not only did we produce the grill, but the packaging, custom covers and grill accessories that added to the incremental sales for the client.

To date, Hot Rod Grills (www.hotrodgrills.com) is sold and marketed at NASCAR events and throughout the United States, Europe, South Africa, Canada and Australia.
